    corner radius

    this is a pocket unit on a vertical nexus mill with pc fusion 640M
    the shape is a simple square,
    using a 1/4" endmill, and all four corners set at zero chamfer/radius
    the tool still arcs in the corner to make a 1/4" radius for some reason

    Check Tool Data page, suspect tool definition is wrong.
    The best way to learn is trial error.

    tool is defined as endmill
    nominal: .25"
    actual: .25"

    plus, the X-Y size of the pocket comes out perfect
