Arrow Charmilles Robofil 290P Axis problem

    Hi everyone

    Foreign slice is not good

    Try to explain my problem.

    I have Robofil 290P

    When the error limits movement,

How can I set limits for the axis parameters?

What are the procedures I need to do?

I do not want to reduce the limit

Previously resolved by turning the motor pulley,I want to set parameters

Thank you in advance for your help.

The axis movement can be set by EXE-service-axis parameter settings.

But why do you like to limit the movement? The error may be due to dried grease in the slides, rusty slides. Have you tried to clean the slides using wd-40 throughly and apply very light grease before starting?

When you turn the motor pulley, is the movement is smooth?
I believe you are getting movement fault. the main reason is some jerk in the movement.

Please update how you fix the issue.
