    Cant Clear the Alarms

    Hello all

I have a Super Mini with software version M15.05 that is the last of the "old" colour LCD screen

I have a set of alarms that I just can not clear 249, 251, 212
I know what I need to do to fix the problems but I cant get the alarm to stop long enough to do it.

is there a way i can just get the machine to stop panicing and let me fix it?

yes that is exactly what I need to do but I can't get the alarms to clear long enough to do anything.
Its like the E-Stop is pushed in and I cant pull it out

Where's Geof when you need him

I'd power down with the cut off switch switch in the back, but not sure if that would be asking for trouble or not, so that's not a suggestion, just a risk I would take if something needed to be done rigtht now.

The machine sat off for over 15 hours as I was hopping the repeat alarm was stuck in the RAM but this didnt work.
From what I hear Geof is out having fun and letting us figure stuff out ourselves for once, lol

if you can not delete all the programs then you will need to reinitialize your software and or reload it. You also need to check the back up battery it should be 3.3V
