    Question Can you use a 60W CO2 supply with a 50W tube?

Looking around for a 50W supply for my machine and find they are at a major price premium. For 2/3 of the price of the 50W supplies I can get a 60W of similar quality. Question is if I run the tube at the proper current (set by the analog input on the supply) will the 60W supply cause any damage to the tube or supply?

From what little I know about gas tube lasers I am thinking not since the power supply is current regulated (ie the voltage will float up or down to keep the output current constant). But wanted to check with the larger Internets before I bought one.
