I have tried haas in the UK and got no joy, I was looking for basic models for CAM

    If anyone has VF3,VF5, VF6, VF7, VF8 and a VF10 as well as an HRT 210, 350 and 450 I would love a copy.

I have a VF2 with a trunion table if that helps anone.

Primeraly the table/head It is to test for collision. I have started modeling it but it takes to long (machines have to work afterall)

Oh, if you find decent raster images, you can use a shareware program called TraceART to convert to vector files and save as DXF.

What formats can you use? I made solid models of several machines for robot reach studies.I can send you generic solid models like igs, sat, step, etc.
VF-2, VF-3, VF-4, DT-1, Minimill, ST-30. Also keep in mind some of the vertical mills look the same from the outside if they use the same casting and sheet metal, so you can sometimes use one to simulate another.

I wanted to ask if you still have the models of the Haas CNCs. I'm working on laying out our shop floor for a new building we are moving to and could use some of the ones you listed. We have DT-1, VF-2, VF-3, VF-5, HS-1, HS-2, ST-30 and a GT-20. I know your list did not include all of these but if i could get a copy of the ones you do have (in step format) it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, drop me a message with your e-mail address and I can send the ones I have. I actually own a GT20 but never made a model for it...

I'd be interested in a couple of the models if you've still got them Ydna.
