    Bridgeport series 1 Interact schematics

    Can anyone let me know where I can get a maintenance manual or at least an electrical schematic for a Series 1 Interact.

    Main thing I need is electrical schematics. If I can get a copy of a manitenance manual that would be even better. The machine is a series 1 Interact fitted with TNC145 controller.

    Hey Mike
    Dont have that,thought maybe somthing simple I had come across I could help with.
    Tried to get this one here working,first one problem then another then another etc.
    Trashed the Hadahine system,going back with Mach system & servos,a really rockin
    system.

    Let me see what I have at the office. i do not know if I have a schematic specifically for the 145 but it may be very similar to the 151. It will be a few days before I will be back in the office.

    I did dig through my office and do not have schematics on a series 1 CNC with the 145 control, nor with the 151 control. I am sorry. You may have to watch EBAY.

    Hi Mike,
    I'm a new bee here not sure if i can help.
    I have axcess to an Interact I Mk2 maintenance manual
    with Heidenhain TNC 150B - 151A or 155A controls.
    Or another manual with 151B or 155B control.
    If either of these would help I could copy a few pages.

    An interact1 MK2 has a spindle drive, a much larger spindle motor, etc.
    You can send it to him but it will be of limited value.
    My service tech in TN has some of these machines and in his travels, he will obtain the schematics. The time frame is unknown.

    I have the Schematic Diagram for the TNC151 if you think it would help .

    Mike,

    I have it here in the UK for an Interact 1 with a TNC151 if that helps - problem is it is on an A3 sheet

    If you need it I can scan it probably as two A4 sheets

    wiring schematic

    i just brought in a bridgeport R2C3 with Heidenhain TNC141 control. Looking for electrical schematic for machine. If anyone can help perhaps taking a digital photo of the schematic, please email me or call me at 216-619-2675 in Cleveland.
