    Boolean Feature

    Hi all,

I haven't been using SE for a while and now I got really stuck on something I've been doing many times before.
I have two protrusions that "crosses" each others, but I want to subtract the ends, how did I do it the last time?...

Check the attachment, I want to have a smooth "45 degree"-joined corner without the ends.

    Regards,
    Sven

Stupid me, the solution came from my Father(!) 15 minutes ago. Boolean operation is not the way to go.

Make the protrusions, create a cutout that cuts away the end on the first feature and place it between them, then make another one and place it after the second.
The feature list should now be:
    Protrusion 1
    Cutout 1
    Protrusion 2
    Cutout 2

    Regards,
    Sven
