Hi,

I cannot find a Metric Tool Library in V3 for Solidworks.

Are there Metric tools anyhow?
If so, how do I find them?

Bobcad support seems not to know.

In Solidworks open your options tab and choose documents properties/units. Choose the MMSG toggle there. Now when you open Bobcam the tools will display in metric.

Hello Forrest,
Yes, I know about that in SW.

But the BobCam tool-list might be in Metric, the tool values are simply converted from inches to mm.
A 3.17mm drill is still 1/8 of an inch.

The metric range for the standard drill box is; 1, 1.5,2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and so on up to 10mm.

By the way, I have two PC's one with V2 and the other with V3 running.
V2 does indeed do the mm conversion, V3 does NOT. The Drill list under Milling tools stays in Inch format.

Strange.
