The rubber Tormach protective cover seems to do a decent job of protecting the back Y-axis bellows. Has anyone installed protective covers on the Y-axis in front of the table or on the Z-axis?

haha yeah, Chris bought that from me, lol
It's true! I've made a few small modifications to it since I installed it (like the time I ripped the Z bellows cover off with the vise while going through my machine warm up cycle), but it remains almost exactly the same. It's a good setup that makes clean up a breeze, and most importantly, prevents the Y bellows covers from getting damaged by motion to the extreme limits when chips are packed into the ribs of the bellows.

I just have mine wedged in between the bellow "braket" and then screw the below screws in, so it pinches it. It comes undone once and a while. I'm to lazy to get back there and tap some holes.
