hi, we recently had to change MMC board but cant start the machine yet, its says 'initialization required' on the screen. we are located in Turkey and desperatly need help.

Were did you get the MMC board?? This board should be ordered from Fives company so that it comes with the correct software and MAI for your machine and control SN#. If you bought it from E-bay you don't know what is on the memory.

Fives is based out of France, but you really would need to contact Fives - Cincinnati (of Fives Machining Systems) which is the current name of Cincinnati Milacron that manufactured the machine. They are located in Hebron, Kentucky. Fives Machining Systems Inc.: Fives
It's been a long time since I've had to reprogram the MMC board, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, it required a special cartridge which I don't believe is available anymore, so you may end up having to send the board in to have the software installed.

You can call Fives Machine at 1-800-934-0735 for the software. You may need to contact SIEMENS at 1-800-879-8079. You will need you machine SN# and the control SN#. If you want any control options, that would be the time to order it.
