If you were to buy a used 3 axis for under 10K, which one (brand) would you buy and what would you look for?? Tolerences +/_ .001. and doesn't need to be super fast. Max. cut thickness 1.5 inches. It's for a small and self budgeted R&D project where I would buy a new one later after proof of concept.

A simple and cheap machine could be a Brother HS-50A - We had 2 that we needed more usability so part-ex'd them for a Mitsy FA-20
