    Unhappy Surface shallow

    If Im using 3/16 end mill to clean bottom of a part i still have some spots were isn't machined ,Then I use 1/8 end mill ,butt then whole tool path being repeated why, what should I do that second tool clean only areas that waasn't machine.Thank You
