I have looked through my manuals and cannot find part numbers for these parts.

Looks like there are two to choose from for your spindle - depending on if yours is grease lubricated (430211) or oil lubricated (430232). See attached pics.

Not sure what you mean by LM guide. Nothing seems to fit this description on the ballscrew assembly diagrams.

Thank you very much for information, my machine spindle is greased lubricated but cincinati part list indicates cincinati part number 430211 as i am looking for NSK/RHP bearing number so that i can arrange bearings from NSK/RHP.
LM GUIDE = Linear motion guides which is used in axis slides. It is manufactured by THK.

RHP bearing # is MBU7006v you need to order a triplex set

The LM guides are a standard THK part but I can't find the number right now, I remember the rails are a non standard length. We used the next longest standard length and just let the rails hang over the end.
