hyperMILL is used in all application areas and at all technical function levels - 2.5D, 3D, and 5x, as well as turning. This is in tooling, aerospace, medical and energy businesses, and more.

There are also 4-axis capabilities and 4-axis postprocessors (indexing and simultaneous), including most machines and certainly including Mazak.

OPEN MIND posts are driven off the internal neutral file and are unlocked for the user's dongles. This assures the safe implementation. Contact your OPEN MIND dealer or regional office for more informationn.

I have never had the opportunity to see the 5 axis stuff from Hypermill. I use the three axis software with my 4 axis machine and it works great. My parts are small consumer products. So I use hypermill in my parts production day in day out. Most of my parts are 6/4 titanium.

    What do you make?

    Cheers
