Wondering if anybody has had issues with oil leaking out of the bottom of the spindle. I assume there is a seal that can be replaced by removing the bottom ring on the bottom of the spindle. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kbspeed
If it is not leaking oil out the bottom of the spindle there would be something wrong
The oil is fed with air down through the spindle bearings so you will have some oil coming out
Check the air pressure for that oil feed & see that it is set to what it needs to be for your machine most are around 17psi

Yes a small amount is normal. On our machines overnight there might be few drops fall on the table but it is not enough to notice during normal use.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
I appreciate the help. Will check the air pressure in the morning.
Some leakage is expected. "Excess" oil will be present if you don't run the spindle often or at high speeds. Every time the axis moves oil is injected into the spindle whether it turns or not. So too much oil could build up, which could cause high spindle temps. until the excess is purged out.
The best practice is to do the spindle warm up at least once in the beginning of the day if the machine is idle.
PCOOL dude...
