    Stepper Formulas

    Somewhere in this forum I saw where one could measure resistance between windings of stepper motors and some other info to get the voltage and current ratings and other info. Can someone help me either find it or tell me how to do these things? Thanks, Ray

    Best measurement tool out there is Google and the mfg P/N.... But you can measure the coil windings resistance with an ohmeter, and you could measure the coil inducance if you have an LCR meter (unlikely), but beyond that..............
