Mighty mustang C32 yr 2000 with acramatic 2100 (vertical mill) is giving
me problems, any help would be appreciated. On powerup on the first
screen it stops at "insert bootable media", if I shut it off and on 2 or 3
times it will get past this and proceed to load very slowly, it will load
completely but it takes over 20 minutes, during the 20 minutes I get
6 or 7 timeout warnings that I have to act on by pressing ok. I can
run a program without any problem if I load the first tool in mdi and
start the program on the first line of code after the tool call. It will
run the full program with no problem after this, the tool changes work
as well. Data reset takes at least 8 seconds, tool touchoffs take 10
seconds each, navigation to different screens take about 10 seconds
as well. If I dont let commands like data reset fully cycle before
pressing another command it seems to plug things up and I get sent
to a blue screen full of writing, one of the lines says " Beginning dump
of phyisical memory", I will wait for 5 minutes (nothing changes) and
shut down at the main switch. I will then proceed as described at
the beginning of my post and do it all over again, all I can do when
I get it going again is try to be more careful about letting commands
fully cycle before giving another. Any ideas out there? Thankyou.
