I have just re-initialized my controls and is trying to key back the loss parameters. However, there are some instructions that i am not sure off and hence need expert help in advising me. (1) Chucking type Not Selected 218. (2) Where to key in the I/O PARAMETER FOR CMT1/2/3/4/5...../TAP1/2/3/4/5.....DNC1/2/3/4/5.... (3) Where to key in TURRET (MR0J2-CT) PARAMETER...? Can anyone with knowledge in this help? Tks

It is much easier to install the parameters from the HD. Try to see if you have any backup directories in the hard drive that have parameters. It is very easy to do, just select a directory in the I/O page then select HD Content and Start. If there are parameters in the directory it will highlight. most machines will have a valid backup on the HD.
I'm not sure that you can fix the chuck alarm untill you get rid of the EMG alarm. Just in case there should be a soft key, probably under the machine menu, that selects the chuck as being OD or ID. Once selected you push the foot peddle a few times and the alarm should go away.
