    harbor freight 7x10,fuse blown,not working

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, and to lathing in general. I purchased a 7x10 mini lathe from harbor freight. Well after milling, and stopping the spin by going too deep with a cut, the motor stopped. popped a fuse. luckily there was a spare, but even with that it will not work? It clicks. If is move the clear cover that hangs over the chuck I hear a relay click.
Any info on how to make this work, if did I damage something??
If I did, where can I send it to?
    Thanks in advance.

I did the same thing when I first bought my lathe! I didn't put the chuck cover on and the machine wouldn't work. I almost brought it back to the store, but finally found the safety switch.

Glad to hear you found the problem!
