I have ROMI lathe G15SM 2000. y. with driven tools and C axis.
Control is Fanuc 18i-TA.

So, here what I want to do.
First I have to make some operation with milling, than make some turning, and at the end again milling. First milling and second milling must be in relative position, if you know what I mean.

The problem is, when it returns from spindle mode (turning) to the C mode, spindle is not in the same position as it was before spindle mode.

On my VMC, when I enter M19, spindle makes few rotations and comes to one pssition, every time to same place (position for tool changing).
As I know this i called "spindle orientation".

On my Lathe, when I enter M19 (manual says "Main spindle orientation (active C axis)) noting happens, spindle stays in possition without any rotation. I just hear some little more noise from motor, because C axis is active.

Try G28 H0 this will return C-Axis to home positiion
