Exclamation Alexander's PIC 3 Axis Board (Not Working)

I have made myself the pic 3 axis board and current limiter to go with it.

But I cannot get my motor to run. This is the wiring i am using.

I am running the test on the Z axis only at the moment.

When In Mach3 I press my direction arrow I only see a 250mv been produced at the pin out of the Pic.

Have I done something incorrect? I'm using RIF620 on the driver board.

    Any ideas?

    Thank You!

    Telly
