    Syil X5

I was just wondering if anyone on the forums is running Syil's X5?

I'm interested if there are any users on the site, satisfied with the product. So many posts here mention the problems with Syil responding to sales and support inquiries, it makes me a bit nervous.

Out of this concern, I started looking at the Novakon NM-135, which is close in XYZ travel but is more expensive. Reports of customer care and support seem good with Novakon, however.
The Syil X5 fits my budget better and has better X and Z travel.

    Hi All,

We would like to set the record straight. The fact of the matter is that Syil initiated contact inquiring if we would be interested in representing their machines, for reasons that may be clear to most.

We did breifly consider adding only the X6 mill to our line up but have since reconsidered and declined to have further discussions based on the less than positive feedback regarding their SOP.

We are very satisfied with our current partnerships that afford us competitive pricing and the ability to QC products prior to shipment at the factory level.

This reply is meant only to provide our position based on comments left by Syil.

Thank you to all for your support!

I think what they are saying is that they don't want to invest in being a dealer and handling all the warranty issues while Syil sells direct to the consumer from their website.
