    TOOLBAR ISSUES

I am using X2 MR2 for now. I modify my toolbar the way I like it, I went to SETTINGS-CONFIG and set the default location to look for it at startup but for some reason it changes back to a previous arrangement all by itself?? any help would be greatly appreciated

Besides making a new toolbar and saving it, you have to tell Mastercam to make that your Default toolbar. You should also make a new configuration (with the name of your choice) and make that the default configuration at start up.

Do you have administrator rights on your pc? I had similar problems with my setup. I found that it'll only save any changes I make if I'm logged on as an administrator.

The System config is only a small part of modifying toolbars

In t/bar area, right click a grey area, you can select the toolbar state you want.

with this customise area open, you can also modify the actual t/bars,
but they will also have to be saved in the " CUSTOMISE" dialog screen for the mods to stick.
