    Now Madcam wont start

This is getting to be very frustrating. I made a part with rhino, started to make a tool path with Madcam. After a lot of fumbling around i finally made a tool path that looked good in the simulator, but i had a bunch of bad tool paths too.
It isn't obvious how you get rid of the unwanted/failed tool paths, so it restarted rhino and loaded the file. went to help->plugins->Madcam.
I got the loading box, then the reminder, and finaly the startup screen(27 days left), clicked 4-5 axis machining, hit enter and nothing. no madcam tool bar.

If i go back to help->plugins->madcam nothing happens, have to reload rhino to do the dance again.
I am not having fun so i am definately not doing it right

    Why did I lose madcam?

OK i went back and started reading everything and found out that madcam was not selected in the tools->toolbars setup. I have the tool bars back. why thay went away is still a mystery.

now to see if i can recreate the good toolpath and get some gcode.
