Yeah, very expensive. if you don't need it don't buy it.
The best way to learn is trial error.
it's a great machine. Pricey, yes, but anybody that has purchased one has purchased many more.
A machine shop in a box. It's not cheap, but if you have work to justify the purchase, an NT4250 can do things that really no other machine can.
MAZAK e-tower H serie is better than mori NT series
INTEGREX e-420H II
I'm working for Mazak
there are a lot of information about e-tower vs. NT comparison
And Mazak has got more experience about Integrex type machines
and also leader of these market
Mori is also great machine
I worked for mori for 5 years and was a mill/turn and multiaxis product specialist. Mazak has a good machine but side by side comparisons typically point out the Mori to be a better all around machine tool. Granted, their USA management sucks - but machine wise, they are great. I've worked on mazaks for the past 10 years and even programmed some integrex machines... they were very good but that KM connection is terrible.
Does the integrex still use a belt driven B axis milling spindle?
