    Rebuild & Retrofit De Vlieg 4H-72

    Rebuild & retrofit of a De Vlieg 4H-72
    This machine was built and 1968 and was converted into a full 5-axis CNC HBM. The control is a Heidenhain iTNC530. This machine is fitted with part probing and tool probing. The platen is W-axis and is programmable the spindle can be orientated to within .5 degree. Spindle speeds are infinitely programmable with 4 range spindle head. Gear change is performed using hydraulic shifters actuated by solenoids
