Exclamation Esprit software no longer needed

I recently closed up my shop and have a seat of Esprit that I'm looking to get rid of. It has all of the modules (2D, 3D, 5 AXIS, LATHE AND WIRE). Does anyone know if I'm allowed to sell it? I purchased it in 06.

The easy answer since you own it is yes.
The important answer to the question is, can you transfer the license to the 3rd party and have them register it?
I have done this before with other software and they register the software in my name so I can get upgrades. All the data gets transferred along with the program as if I had bought it from the company.
