5136 FSSB alarm on fanuc Oi mate

    Hello there....

    I have a v-20 leadwekk milling machine.
It has a Fanuc SVPM A06B-6134-H302.

My problem is the Alarm 368 on x,y and z axes serial data error
alarm 369 data transfer alarm, 364 soft phase alarm, 5136 FSSB low amp alarm.

Any can help me please...what should be the possible causes of this consecutive alarms?

    Thanks.

THERE ARE NO ANY ALARMS/STATUS ON THE SVPM AS WELL AS THE FANUC CONTROL.ONLY "--" BOTH STATUS 1 AND STATUS 2 ALSO WITH THE NC.

Alarm 368 and 369 are indicating problem with your pulse coder feedback. BUT you are getting alarms on all axes and it is not possible that you have problem with pulse coder feedback on all 3 axis. It does sounds like you have the SVPM problem. Have you talked to Fanuc Philippines for technical support? Here's something I find on internet on this drive unit but does not have troubleshooting info. Goodluck.

I have a FRYER TEACH LATHE that had the same 5136 FSSB alarm on it, with nothing showing on the DRIVE its self. The end result was that a hot chip had shorted the encoder wire to ground. On the FANUC A06B 6114 H103 drive a flashing light will show axis

Mach will fire up with 1536 alarm , The drives will also come on , but not to inable stat. No axis will fuction . If one of the drives shows a flashing (-) un plug that encoder at drive with power on and see if (-) quits flashing. Control wiil still show number of amps wrong . Check that wire and conections. I found a broke wire one time in flex that follows the control gave me a intermit. Prob.

I have same problem with you.
It issues from Servo Drive, Control PCB board was broken, I see some IC component was burn.
I replace 03 drive for this problem with Fanuc OI MB System.

    Goodluck

5136 FSSB alarm is linked to the PSM unit.
Check 200 volts going into the unit.
If the voltage is ok and in then the unit indications should be on.
Then check the L1 L2 L3 power supply from the mains at the bottom. going into the unit.
This will come in only when the MCC signal from the PSM unit turns on the contactor.
This is all to be checked and solved. Good luck.

5136 FSSB problem, Check encoder feed back cable. Same problem I had faced couple of times. It was encoder cable problem.
