8 mm or 3/8" shank straddle knurls??

hey all, I was wondering if anyone knew where to get a straddle style holder for my swiss machine, but in an 8mm shank. everything i've found is 12 or above. I talked to genevieve swiss to see if it'd be possible to grind down one of their 1/2" holders, but it's not possible.

    anyone know of anywhere else??
    thanks!!

    You could...

If this is for a gang tools position, you could drill and tap a 12MM holder and bolt an 8MM adapter ... that you would have to make.

If this is a turret position, you could mill out the holder pocket to accept the 12MM shank.

    Good luck!

Call AccuTrak. They should be able to help you, adapt a holder for your needs.
