where do i find the hour meter on a hurco VMX42S
i need to find out how many hours is already logged on the machine

Hey, when you read that hour meter remember that on a Hurco machine it keeps track of all the time the control has been on, not machining time. There is a parameter buried somewhere in the control that only the Hurco techs have the secret squirrel codes to find, and no I din't know where to find it.

the normal hour meter in software runs anytime servo power is up. (not during e-stop) the other hour meter you refer to is probably the spindle hour meter. hurco went to this arrangement many years ago. ron
