    proLIGHT 1000 Machining Center problem

Hi I am new to this site and was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I have with a proLIGHT 1000 Machining Center. I am doing this at our school to try and get it running again. All the fuses seem to be fine and both the computer and machine are running. The problem is that chuck will not move when I use manual control. I belive it has something to do with the programming but I am not sure. Any help would be great.

I hate to double post but we fixed it so the spindle would move but now it will still not spin. The problem before was there was some lose wires so the chuck would not move but now we can not get the spindle to spin. Any Ideas?

Did you ever get this fixed? I run Prolight 1000's at my school and they work great. I have worked on several of them and they are actually very fixable. Intellitek still provides excellent tech support.
