    Fanuc Manuals

I was on her looking for a manual for a 15M the other day and got to thinking how nice it would be if all posted what ever manuals we had for Fanuc controllers and made a sort of Library. I have a couple that I can put on here but I don't know if there are any legal issues with just putting them out there, anyone have a clue? My shop is stone age, all our machines our 10 to 15 years old, and the manuals are just as old. I'm a younger generation and I lose patients thumbing thru all those old manuals. Especially when I know there are PDF's out there and I do a search. What does everyone else think?

Would probably be very helpful. Unofortunately like you said, may be some legal issues invloved.

I've got every Fanuc Manual for the last 10 years on DVD but posting them would be a mondo issue as Fanuc is the shizznitz when it comes to protecting their turf. CNCZone would get hammered.

    help w/ manuals...

Yes, we can not "reprint" manuals here, but we can tell each other what the manual says or "direct" each other by example where to look.

It would be fine to have an access to fanuc circuit diagram ))). If it's possible to purchase them and each of us buy one, we would exchange with them.

Manuals are not as hard to get as circuit diagrams, I have lots of manuals and for a fair price you can buy them form fanuc. But circuit diagrams seems to be impossible to buy. If anyone know where or have some for sale I will be happy to know.

I've never dealt directly with FANUC but I heard they had good customer service. Maybe our mod can clue us in on if CNC Zone would have a problem with it. Oh, and thanks SUN that is actually the one I've been looking for, 15M is what I do most of my programming on.
