    Bosch CC120 CC100 not complete G0 moves

    Hello.

I have a CC120M controller (CC100 similar) which has developed a unexplicable fault where if given a MDI movement or program step with G0 (move at max feedrate) it moves there but will not move on to the next step (or accept clear block button if in MDI). The same co-ordinate, axis and a equivalent feedrate entered via G01 works. The fault only occurs for one axis.

This is a very long shot and I thank you for reading this far, but has anyone ever had this, and if they have, did they overcome it?

At the moment we are getting round it by changing the G0 to G01 so the programs will run.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Roger.

I think your problem is that the control is not in it's in position window.
This means it will not read the next program block and therefore waits.
You can see this offset in the Axis LAG, , which is accessible throught he information mode screen
