    Question Mach3 R3.00 Mill 4 axis Foam cutter setup

    Hi Guy's,

    I am having trouble getting my 4th (A) axis to travel the correct distance. eg I do an x10 y10 z10 a10 and the first three go 10mm and the A axis goes about 10 inches.

    All steppers are the same and have the same all the parameters in the motor tuning. I have tried G50 to scale all the same no difference. The XYZ all have scale 1 while the 4th has radius correction on, is this a problem? I have tried setting both G21 and/or G20 but the 4 axis travels further and the command.

    Any ideas?
