    spring washer question

    I know the nut is used succesfully by some people, but I was shown an easier way to (load) the nut.

    Make a block that is threaded for the size of the ball nut and put a ball nut on either side. Us the ball nut it self as the spring by putting your ball screw through the 2 ball nuts and simply unscrewing one ball nut until there is zero lash.
