What pierce height for different materials???

At what height do most people pierce at. Can't seem to find any info on Hypertherm site. I have a 1650 with the tm100 machine torch. I use the optimum speeds/amps etc. that they recommend but they don't tell you a pierce height. I cut the following,

    Mild steel

    3/4
    1/2
    3/8
    1/4
    10 ga.
    11 ga.
    12 ga.
    14 ga
    16 ga

    Aluminum

    1/2
    1/4
    1/8

    S.S.

    1/2
    3/8
    1/4
    10 ga
    12 ga
    14 ga
    16 ga

    Thanks,

    Tony
