I have 2 tree journeyman 350's they both have Baldor UM3015HS-150 servo drives, I had one sitting idle not moving the other day and it popped one of the big transistors on the back and it also popped the 2N3906 drive transistor on the face of the Y axis board, I could not find an exact replacement from mouser or digikey for the big transistor but I replaced it with a STGW30H60DFB which should've been a suitable replacement and I replaced the drive transistor and it popped them again as soon as i powered the drives up, has anyone ever had these fail and do you know what to replace to fix them?
Also I can install a drive from my other machine and it works fine so the servo motor itself isn't causing the problem.
