Hello all
We have a new laser at our community mens shed, has done 2 hours work, now the laser head x axis shudders violently on start up and when running a file, jog function not working either but Y axis looks fine.

Frustrating for all of us and hoping to get some help here, appreciate greatly any responses, I have attached some files, Thanks everyone

Look for loose connections on the cables. If they all feel good you could power down the machine and switch the motors or motor driver between the x and y axis and see if the problem moves to the other is. If it does then it is a motor or driver or bad cable
