Err 11 occurs when the motor is starting or stopping and it can be removed after re-power-on.
A. The default parameter of the motor set by drive unit is wrong.
B. Then load inertia is too large; the commanded accelerated speed is too large during starting or stopping.
The solution for A situation is to restore the motor default parameter;
The solution B situation is to increase the acceleration/ deceleration time, lower down the accelerated speed or load inertia.
