errors in cutting the material Please HELP

Please, if anyone has more experience. May cnc router started causing problems in cutting material (MDF)
when I am doing cutting within the cutting line, the tool enters places where it should not or makes a shift
in a straight line and returns within the limit, in the pictures see what it's about, because I don't even know how to explain something like this..
. I use Vectris aspire for vector drawing and preparation, Mach 3 is on the machine
Note, this does not happen on every cut, but very often

    Every help is welcome
    Thank you

Re: errors in cutting the material Please HELP

    Hi,
you don't say what machine, what CNC software and motion control nor what Gcode you are running. Not likely anyone can help with no information.

For what is worth I think you are looking at machine flexure. As the machine comes to a halt the 'spring' that has built up during the course of cutting at high speed
is relaxing and springing back to its neutral position. That is why it seems the error is occurring at the end of each long cut. Try running the same tool path but at only 10% of the speed.
Does the problem go away or at least diminish?

    Craig
