Question Help with VM16 and 407 error

We have a Milltronics VM16 that gave out a 407 error yesterday. It’s always given us issues with homing, but we can usually get it to work after some time. Last night we checked and replaced all the limit switches and cleaned out the servo motor. This morning we’re able to get the Y and X to home, but Z flies to the right and then faults out again, but the motor keeps spinning. Any suggestions?

Whoops, sorry it’s the X axis we are having trouble with, not the Z.

...Tach wires have been reversed or motor wires are reversed.

Thank you! I can check, however I don’t believe we disconnected any of the wires.
