I have a multicam Mg204 series cnc router. When I start up the machine I keep getting a machine error. Just as the machine is finishing it's boot, the handheld controller says: machine 9742E. I never received a manual, or a schematic, when this machine was delivered. The tech support was spotty, if not completely nonexistant from multicam midwest. The last time I had someone from there to work out the bugs, they ran the router head into the fixture on the table, and broke the machine. They never came back. I had to repair the router, and work the bugs out with no tech support. The official error message saved to the computer is ack 40 machine error 9742 machine error occurred!. still have the MG204? I am looking for a manual or schematics or anything for this system. I have some drives pulled from an MG204 but I have no pinout information.

Give me a call....I'm a Ex Multicam tech...that works on these machines now...give me a call..if you are still having problems..
