    Information about two stepper motors

    Hello !

    I have 2 stepper motors taken from a copier.
    - STP-42D180
    - STP-42D208-09

    Can anyone tell me more about these motor. The manufacturer is Shinano Kenshi, but nothing on their web site.
    I've searched with google but any result !

    you are not going to find datasheets for these motors, they were generally custom items and never made it past the copier assembly plant. it can be run as a bipolar or unipolar motor. you need a multimeter to find which wires are for which phase. The motors are probably rated around 5-12 volts. you can find the current rating by measuring the phase resistance.
