    Project - Big F'n Cupola

I've been away for some time, figured y'all would like this.

I hotwired the profile 1st (sorry no pics), then set it up to mill some pockets.

This being an octagon the pieces needed a 45deg angle on the sides.

Domed roof pieces. (These were a real PITA!)

The company I work for bought it from this company. It was custom build.

Very nice. We use our foam pieces to mold from, but I've often wondered why we didn't just apply our material right to the foam and be done with it. Whats the life expectancy of something of that size and thickness out in the elements like that? (I assume it will be coated with something?)

Wow - very nice work. I know who to call when I need something from foam that looks professional.
