Hello Guys, using Mastercam 9.0 with Windows XP. when I go to get a file and load it, I cannot see all the Mastercam 9 files unless I select all files even though they are mc9 files. Other people I know have had this problem with XP. I could see them in Windows 98. Thanks

have you set the pathway to the folder where your files are.

It is under the correct directory, some show up but not others until you click on all files. Thanks

Go to my computer, tools(at the top),folder options,view, click show hidden file and folders, uncheck hide extention of known file type. hope this helps

On a similar note, I had someone tell me that all of their files had "disappeared".
Curious, I went over and had a look at their computer.
Turned out that someone had set the font color to the same as the background color.
Hence, the "disappearance" of their files.
