    FANUC 0 Model C Build (FS0C)

I wanted to update everyone on my current FS0 Model C build from past history. Some of it has changed quite a bit from previous.

    Control Unit: A02B-0098-B511

Master Board: A20B-2000-0170 (32Bit Control Unit A) (note: not a high speed CPU)
PSU: A16B-1211-0850 (you can substitute A16B-1212-0100)
Graphics: A16B-2200-0350 (for 9" HiRes Monochrome And 9" HiRes Color and 14" monochrome CRTMDI)
    PMC: A16B-1211-0901 PMC-M (Electroic ROM)
AXES: A16B-2200-0390 (you can substitue A16B-2200-0360) for Serial Pulse Coder
    MEM: A16B-1212-0210
    I/O: Use I/O C7 A16B-1212-0220 or A16B-2203-0110. I used A16B-1212-0220 ; Digital Input/Output: DI/ DO=104/72
Cassette: A02B-0091-C113 (128kB Macro Executor) or you could use A02B-0091-C115 if you need more room at 256kB which should be fine.

    CRT/MDI unit: A02B-0098-C045/MBR
Operator Panel: A02B-0098-C132 (has board A68L-0001-0125)

    Operator Panel interface board:

Servo Amplifier: 3x AC S Series 5S Type A06B-6058-H006 (you could use H005)
Servo: AC S Series Servo Motor: A06B-0314-B002
Spindle Amplifier: AC S Series A06B-6059-H002
    Spindle Servo: AS S Series Spindle Servo 6S Type A06B-0758-B100 (3Ph 200V 5.5kW/7kW 1500/6000RPM)

You can use this guide to configure your Series 0 Model C.

    Install a I/O unit Model A: A03B-0801 and it's backplane, powersupply and interface unit IF01A. (See B-61813 or GFZ-61813) ; Prefereably A03B-0801-C009 thats what I used ; PSU is A16B-1310-0010. IF01A is A03B-0801-C101

You will need a FANUC Transformer A80L-0001 and/or A80L-0026 type

You will also need a FANUC Input unit A14B-0061 or A14B-0076 I forget which one works best. Anyone know which to use?

You can add a FANUC Pulse Generator (Jog Handwheel Knob) A860L-0201-T001 or T002. (build a box for this one or put it on your cabinet)

Position Coders are A86L-0026-0002#0002 (Max 6000RPM)

The cabinet might need a heat exhanger: A02B-0094-C901 and maybe a FANUC Fan Unit.

I would use a suitable Hoffmann or Hubbell enclosure. I prefer floor standing double door cabinets, 60" high.

If you need parameters I can supply you with a basic set of parameters you MUST modify/tailor to your needs. Does NOT include option parameters.

No, I didn't give up on the 6. I've just been updating all my controls and collecting parts for more builds. This is meant to be a guide, so a person would have enough parts information without having to put together one that would be right for 95% of installations. All you'd need here would be the cabling required. I will post every build I've done
