Akro Bins : long term storage solution?

    Greetings,
I am currently evaluating my desperate need to finally
organize my metals (whole & pieces), fastener inventory,
shop hardware and other etc, etc.
I have used a small amount of Akro bins to organize
a part of my fastener inventory and found the results
    to be encouraging.
But I need a lot more (a lot more!).

Is anyone else using a multitude of Akro bins to meet storage
requirements and how have you mounted the bins?
What sizes did you find the best overall?

After seeing an Akro bin display in one of Ron Covell's shop tour
recording, I realized this is something I might institute.
But I may have to go to the Akro Standing Cabinet solution.
This cabinet has a number of bins in different sizes and locations
on the cabinet doors and interior. Anyone using this type of solution?
Has it been a good long term solution? Or was it quickly too limiting?

    thanks,
    scott

    They are great for storage.
If you notice that they are getting limiting it's because you don't have enough, just buy another couple of cabinets.
