I would be intrested if you might be willing to post the solidworks file for the chess set. It reminds me of a project i did when i was in college for tool and die making. I know you put time into making it the file so if you rather not then i would totaly understand

I seem to recall a set of programs demonstrated ar the IMTBA show years ago. Wasino had a machine with live tools and auxilliary spindles. They machined a complete chess set including the Knight (Horsehead). They gave pawns away as demo parts and if my memory serves me, a complete set for VIP's who either ordered a machine or commited to some deal or other. Maybe this program(s) still exist?
