Most of our machines dont require you to input a decimal point after each number when programming. If you type in X100 in automatically turns it into X100.000. But we have a machine that doesnt do this so typing in X100 actually makes it X000.100.
Obviously this can be a problem if certain monkeys miss out a decimal point and a tool go's to Z0.2 instead of Z200.0 ramming it straight into the jaws at 2000rpm
