    Boring bars and turret

    So I am tooling up my lathe and I have need for smaller diameter internal grooving tool. How do you guys install these smaller diameter tool into the turret? Machine custom sleeve with set screws? Buy sleeves?

    I have a bunch of ER16, ER20, ER25 and ER32 with 3/4 shank, so I just use the right collet for the boring bar and put the 3/4 shank in the boring bar holder of the turret.

    I use these on my turning center. MSC carries them.
